The rules
First of all, you need to know that a The Race of Last Rebels contrary to its name, it is not a competition, but a playful relaxation and joint fun of amateur drivers. Therefore, it is the personal responsibility of each participant to act with care and appropriate behavior and to take care of their own and others' physical health and property.
Competition rules.
The safety of spectators and competitors is important to us, so we have defined some requirements that all entrants and their vehicles must meet in order to participate.
The 1/8 mile classic drag race
No timing, no technical gadgets. But there is raw power, there are Pin Up girls with checkered flags, asphalt airplane landing fields marked with straw bales, and competition judges who raise colored flags to indicate who was better.
Classic elimination competition and every race consists of a return leg.
The categories are set up based on engine performance.
For cars:
- Straight 4-6
- Flathead, Straight 8
– V8 after 1949
– 8+ cylinders
– Compressor/Turbo
For motorcycles:
– under 600 cm3
– over 600 cm3
– V2
Depending on the number of entries, we reserve the right to create or merge new categories!
Pursuit round race
Newly created dirt road, irregular circular shape. Straw bales on both sides of the track for safety. At the two farthest ends of the track, one competitor starts at the sound of the starting gun. The competition has three rounds, and the winner is whoever gets closer to the other during the three rounds. An elimination race where, thanks to the design of the track, the most important thing is not necessarily speed, but routine and knowledge of the vehicle.
